Who can get hired to work in Europe
You can apply to work in Europe no matter which country you are from. WorkersFromAsia is open to skilled workers worldwide — trades, healthcare, logistics, hospitality and technical roles — as long as you have real experience and the willingness to relocate. Europe is facing deep, long-term labour shortages, so employers are actively sponsoring international workers to fill nursing, welding, driving, construction, care and technician roles.
Registration is completely free and you choose your own country of origin from the full list of nations. Workers never pay recruitment fees on this platform — that is a core ILO fair-recruitment principle. Employers cover the cost of hiring, so your job offer, sponsorship and relocation come at no charge to you.
How you get hired and relocated
The journey is simple and transparent. First, you create a free profile with your trade, experience and documents. Next, you are matched to European jobs and can apply directly — or employers find you in the candidate registry and invite you to interview. Once an employer makes an offer, your work-visa application begins.
From there, we and our licensed partners guide you through every step: document checks, the visa pathway for your destination country, the appointment process, and finally travel and arrival. You can follow your status the whole way through the pipeline — vetted, shortlisted, interview, visa approved, flight booked — so you always know what happens next.
Work visas and sponsorship — handled for you
You do not need to figure out European immigration on your own. Depending on your destination and profession, your route may be the EU Opportunity Card (a points-based job-search visa), an employer-sponsored skilled worker visa such as Germany’s Fachkräfteeinwanderungsgesetz, the Netherlands combined work-and-residence permit (GVVA), or work permits in Romania, Poland and other EU countries. Cross-border project deployment under the EU Posted Workers framework is also supported.
For each hire, the correct work-visa pathway is identified and processed with you — including the paperwork, attestations and timelines. A typical placement takes around 10–30 weeks depending on the destination country’s visa processing speed and how quickly your documents are ready.
Jobs and trades in demand across Europe
The strongest demand right now includes registered nurses, aged-care workers and nursing assistants; welders, pipe fitters, CNC operators and steelworkers; electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, carpenters and scaffolders; truck and bus drivers, warehouse and logistics staff; plus wind-turbine technicians and solar installers. These roles are needed across Germany, the Netherlands, Romania, Poland and the wider EU.
Whatever your trade, you can search live roles, apply in minutes, and build a verified profile that helps European employers trust your experience — improving your chances of a sponsored offer.
